The project guides on this site describe how we build on properties with their own soil, slope and drainage conditions. They are not a recommendation for yours. Base depths, wall design and drainage decisions all depend on a look at the actual ground.

Base depths, concrete strengths, block systems and drainage details described here are what we typically build to. The specification for your project is set out in your own proposal, and that document takes precedence.
